I still have two Liz products that I'm trying to use up. Cleanse and Polish cleanser is the first one. I do like it and it's probably my favourite Liz Earle product. It's creamy and smells nice. It's won lots of awards and it seems to be everyone's favourite so it's probably worth trying, if you haven't already.
The second product is the Skin Tonic, which I splash onto my clean face. Good but nothing extraordinary.
I've gone back to using Estee Lauder's Perfectionist serum. I don't have many wrinkles yet so this is more of a preventive measure. I use it on my neck - where I do have fine lines - and forehead.
The face cream I'm using at the moment is La Mer. I have used this before, too, and I don't notice any difference whatsoever but I just felt like trying it again.
Eye creams are generally expensive and this is the most expensive one that I have ever tried. I bought Estee Lauder's Ultimate Youth Eye Cream a while ago. When I was googling it now I read that it has been discontinued. This anti-ageing range only came out several years ago so I am really surprised. Is it good? No idea. Again, I don't see any immediate improvement. Obviously I should just stick to Nivea skincare because the premium skincare products don't seem to do anything!
I am already thinking about what I am going to try next. I think it's going to be Kanebo's Sensai range, which contains silk! I love their Silky Purifying liquid soap (I think this one) - it is so soft - and I've tried samples of their creams. All quite wonderful and luxurious.
I am already using their shampoo. Normally I only use Kerastase hair products but I was advised by my hairdresser to mix it up a bit once in a while - due to build-up? - because I was having to wash my hair more and more frequently. I must say that I am really pleased with this shampoo. It lathers beautifully and smells lovely.
Last thing is oil - I recently got the Elixir Ultime. It tames my hair, gives it some shine in the right places and it's a treatment and it's also supposed to strengthen the hair - all in one.

i'm a pretty simple girl - Burt Bee's, maybe a lil Bobby Brown, and then just organic Toms and so forth ..
I've heard great things about the kerastase elixir ultime but haven't gone and got it yet - I suppose my hair is quite tameable because it's super straight and doesn't really tangle unless it needs a trim.
Interesting to know about the kanebo shampoot though!
My dad swears by La Mer. I also 'borrowed' a small jar when I had awful eczema on my face - calmed it right down.
Heard great things about the liz earle cleanse and polish hot cloth cleanser but have still not tried it. Should have ordered it from john lewis when I had the chance! over christmas it was a special price as a set I think...oh well! Will probably grab it next time. I'm still pretty happy with my current skin regimen. :)

i love the liz earle lotion! definitely pick up once I'm back in the UK!
Yes, my dad finds that it softened the lines on his face overall and made him look more youthful. He actually only started using it because I bought my mum one but she preferred her SK-II signs cream and left the La Mer unused. So she gave it to my dad to take on a business trip because its in a smaller jar than what he usually uses.
I suppose if you didn't notice any difference after one or two jars you might try another one? Have you tried the SK-II line? My mum uses it and her skin looks a lot, lot better than it did before she started!
